What is an Occupancy Permit?

An occupancy permit is a document issued by CFL confirming that your building, or part of your building, is suitable to be occupied once the required building work has been completed. For Melbourne homeowners, an occupancy permit may be required before a new home, extension or certain building works can be legally used or occupied.

Download the Application for Occupancy Permit Form below, or contact CFL to discuss your requirements if you have any questions.
