For more than 30 years, CFL has earned a respected reputation within the Victorian construction industry. Founded in 1995 and later merged to form Collinson Fogarty Laws Pty Ltd in 2008, the practice has operated continuously through significant change across building legislation, regulation and construction practice.
Our role is regulatory and advisory. As private building surveyors, we assess building work in accordance with Victorian building legislation, the National Construction Code and relevant Australian standards. Our value lies not only in understanding the regulatory requirements, but in applying them practically, clearly and with the benefit of real project experience.
